"It's not the nicest room I've stayed in, but it was excellent for the value. The Inn area was blocked off with a fence, so I felt very safe. There was lots of parking, so I was able to park right next to my room. Got to check in early, and the staff was very friendly. There were a few shops and food spots nearby, so I had fun exploring around. Great location with downtown Chico only 5 mins away. The breakfast was pretty minimal, but was better than nothing. The water pressure was great, but...

"Clean, affordable, convenient accommodations. Wifi signal wasn’t the greatest, limited continental b-fast, shower wasn’t quite as hot as I like but I realize that’s probably for liability reasons. I not super picky as long as it’s clean and I definitely don’t need to spend $200 a night. I’d stay there again. "

The staff that I met were very very kind and helpful and recommended a wonderful place for dinner. They also were very helpful when I suggested needing to extend my stay. I'm glad to have stayed here and will return next time work brings me to the area."
