The person could not find my reservation. Humongous stairs and I was given the 4th floor. I suspect I was the first and only guest. I don't know why this is even listed on hotels.com. "Apartment was modern, clean and very nicely decorated. The host was very nice and helpful (eventhough he was ill in hospital!). Answered all my silly questions and our confusion with the washing machine. (another bonus plus the host's mum provided washing powder as well). "We stayed in an apartment advertised for 5 people. When we arrived, we found three beds had been made up (staff provided extra linen for us for the sofa bed). The apartment was generally not very clean - dirty walls, holes in doors, etc. - though the bathroom and kitchenette were OK. There are no insect screens and no fans so we got mosquito-bitten. "Great place for our stay in the area. Location is right next to Calis beach. The room was clean and facilities were as stated. Excellent service was provided by the helpful staff especially Batur. There is a restaurant on the ground floor but we did not have time to have a bite. However we did have the included Turkish breakfast which was more than adequate for us. Would I stay there again and would I recommend a stay here? YES."

"We were the only guests and booked late but the hotel was fully ready for us. Quaint looking place, but clean and comfortable with amenities. Breakfast was a spread. Located just across the lake and there were food options within walkable distance."
