"Great shuttle service to the airport"

"Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young lady named Adelita. Despite her young age, she had the excellent interpersonal skills of a mature lady. She immediately addressed all concerns that we had and brought everything to a more than satisfactory conclusion. What a rare and great asset she is to her company. On the second day we were in contact with Lori Anderson, she addressed our needs with genuine concern and compassion above and beyond what most people would do. Lori and Adelita are quite a professional team, and their company would be wise to retain this duo as long as it can. The next time we are in Kansas City-we will book this hotel again on account of the treatment we received from Lori and Adelita. We felt like we were right at home with a duo that had our best interests at heart. "

"The whole last minute reservation was very pleasant and the bed was the most comfortable mattress. We had vehicle trouble on a long road trip and after sitting 2 hours on side of road it was nice to stay in a nice/clean hotel that was within walking distance to the Firestone auto repair shop. And the staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. The breakfast was amazing and seemed everyone enjoyed it. Thank Drury in St Joseph right off I29. "

"Perfect for my quick one night stay. Check in was a breeze, gentleman at the desk was nice and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the breakfast honestly but there are restaurants to choose from nearby. Overall enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend you give them a try. "

"This is relatively new My Place, and I like the changes they have made to the lobby, the bathroom vanity is much bigger, and the new colors are much better than the browns/tans in slightly older My Place locations. Staff was friendly, efficient, helpful, all good. "
