"Our room was lovely and we had windows overlooking the Christmas Market. Property was clean and well cared for. Although a little dated I would stay here again if and when we come back to Brussels. "

"We had a nice stay. It was a little off the beaten path so if you want to stay in the center of everything this is not it. It was quiet. We went down for coffee after breakfast was closed and they were very friendly and we got our coffee even with the bar being closed. We would stay here again. "

We were there in November, so it was cold in communal areas but room was fine. We had a free upgrade which was nice - however, no lights on in room - opened door and another door to open immediately in front of us, we felt our way in to find a light switch only to find we were standing at the edge of the top of a flight of stairs! "We were checked in right away and we got our rooms right away. Very good location and property was kept clean and pristine. No hassle at all. We always went back to our room to relax after walking around and we were able to sleep and relax. Will definitely go back here again if we are going back to brussels. Very good hotel!"

"The room was nice, but they gave me and the person ahead of me in the check-in line the wrong room, which was frustrating for both of us. I booked a superior room which two queen sized beds, but they initially gave us a room with just one bed. However, once I went back down they fixed it quickly which was appreciated. "

"Amazing location and great price. They were also very helpful in sorting out my booking when I accidentally made it for the wrong dates. Bed was comfortable and large, bathroom was clean and spacious, room was clean. There was a lot of noise from other guests slamming doors which woke me up repeatedly in the morning so better soundproofing would be helpful. "
