"Decided to treat myself to an overnight stay in The Empire and what a fabulous experience. I was upgraded on arrival and had a fabulous room with a large bathtub and sea views. The room was very comfortable and the bed was heavenly. Sitting by the pool was a beautiful experience but remember to bring bug spray! Breakfast was fantastic and overall the experience was just wonderful. "

Property and facilities are upper end of the 3 star band and the Parkview difference is their incredible staff who go out of their way in every way to ensure a great experience. "Airport shuttle was excellent. Connected to a mall and very near to airport. Very good for transit. If the hotel lobby is upgraded to new furniture it will be better."

"Bathroom fan is on 24/7. Shower doors broken won’t close. Lack of hot water (6 min max). Extremely Leaky toilet. Leaky bidet hose. Broken air conditioner remote. Loud generator sounds throughout the day/night. Kettle cannot fit under the sink at all to refill water. Lacking “do not disturb” door sign. Loud sounds from water pipes. Cafe inside the hotel doesn’t operate. Cafe outside of the hotel is cash only. Stray dogs wandering around."

"Very dirty. No amenities provided. Tv has a warning label on it saying do not use. No hair dryer. Literally NOTHING apart from stained sheets on bed. Enough said..."
