"We stayed here as part of are minimoon, we would not normally pay the price for hotel but pushed the boat out . On first look all seemed ok ,but then found the door stop in bathroom was not attached to the floor was lent up on skirting board. The socket for plugging the kettle/coffee machine into couldn't plug all the way in ...not sure if broken or fault...2 light bulbs not working in main light fitting ...this is a 5* hotel . Having said that the hotel was lovely, warm ,clean and all the staff...

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"There were some unfair comments online made about the hotel which I disagree with. The hotel met our expectations and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just transitioning into Christmas and the decorations and aroma in reception and the lounges was beautiful. The Spa was reasonably quiet and we found the saunas and outdoor pool to be clean and enjoyable. Our room was also lovely and our only issue was that it took ages to get warm (not hot) water from bath and sink taps. The towel...

"Beautiful setting, lovely service, great food, overall it was a great experience. The only thing is that they could do with a better organisation for the breakfast: the wait is too long (45 minutes to get our food, lots of time waiting on line to be seated) and the buffet is way too small for the number of guests (it would continuously run out of food). That’s only remark of an otherwise fantastic experience!"
