"Great spacious two bedroom apartment. Very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly. Tube station less than a 5 minute walk, Bakerloo line. Plenty of supermarkets or takeaways around the apartments if wanting to eat in."

"Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. Described as having free parking, luckily we decided to use train instead as wouldn’t have been able to park, the rear garden was unkept. "Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."
