"Shuttle service was truly lacking. Doesn't start until 10:00 a.m.? Sunday service was iffy, so was Mondays. I ended up keeping my rental since they could not promise me shuttle to and from the airport."

"We rented an accessible room, but the bathroom was not very accessible. It has a grab bar by the toilet, but the sink was too high for a wheelchair and the bath/shower wasn't remotely accessible. Also, the floors are all slanted, so the bags and wheelchair kept sliding when not locked. The staff was friendly and helpful though. The shuttle to the airport was a big help too."
