"Such a peaceful and lovely resort"

"We went to Ocean Coral and Turquesa for a family reunion July 6-13 2025! We absolutely LOVED our stay! The staff are absolutely incredible- we were all blown away by their friendliness, kindness and warm helpful hospitality! We all opted for the El Baso package- I would highly recommend it as the private adult only pool is well worth it and the rooms are apparently much nicer. A few of us stayed in rooms facing the forest - if you’re an animal lover ask for these rooms- I promise you will absolutely love it! We had the pleasure of watching and interacting with Coatis, Agoutis, raccoon families, cats, iguanas and lizards daily which was just amazing! If you get a chance to do Elizabeth’s classes or Fabian’s pool classes I would highly recommend it ! They were beyond fantastic and were so friendly, warm and kind ! We will miss you guys!!! Ricardo from the pool bar was always so helpful and kind in providing us beverages and Daniel from The El Bistro Bar and the French restaurant provided great service as well! He even accommodated our reservation at the French restaurant to accommodate a couple more members of our family! The food at the buffet was simply delicious with items changing daily! They usually had a theme night for suppers and even served a huge sashimi bar which was so tasty! "We were looking for an all inclusive that did not feel like it was “mass produced”. The attention to detail and food and cleanliness was excellent. The staff are amazing (shout out to Gustavo (concierge), Carlos and Emilio (indoor wait staff) and Kevin (outdoor waitstaff). If you are looking for big, loud with lots of night life - this is not for you …. But we were looking for a peaceful week away and had plenty of options if we were interested in getting out of our pool chairs. Highly recommend. "

"Clean and friendly environment. You don't need to make reservations for any restaurants - just walk in, be seated, order and enjoy! Preferred lounge with premium drinks when booked through Expedia. I loved this resort!"

"Our stay was amazing because of the wonderful staff! Vicente in the pool was AMAZING and extremely attentive. He connects with his people personally and memorizes everyone’s names! He also came to work early each day to set up our spaces around the pool. He is a rock star!! Enrique was such a hard worker and absolutely so kind! He has a heart of gold! Angel in Entertainmant was phenomenal. I feel like I’ve known him for years. He was like our best friend while there and is such a great entertainer! Ivan and Erik the entertainers were fabulous and made everything fun. They are super dancers and so friendly!! Our servers Roger and Edwin were fantastic! They were so timely & attentive, memorized our drinks, and never missed a thing. We love them both! Antonio the bartender was such a hard worker and made sure our drinks were top tier. He is so friendly too and such a kind person. In the Spoons restaurant, our main server was Isai (can’t remember spelling) and Edwin too! They were very attentive and helpful. Plus the food was great!! I am 100% positive. I will return to this resort simply because of the people. I feel like I have family in Cancun now!"
