"The bathroom shower has mold & so does the bathroom sink, the room is clean but has a musty odor in it. THE BED!! The corner of the bed frame is a hazard, the wooden frame sticks out and not only my husband but other family members who also stayed there at the same time as us hurt themselves with the end corners of the bed frame. When I hit my knee cap I heard it crack, please get rid of those bed frames , I can only imagine how many people have gotten hurt ! Now I’m all bruised up both legs!...

"Balcony view is amazing. Cleanliness and security is top notch. Only issue I had were the elevators. You are only allowed to use certain elevators so the key card did not work but security saw us having a hard time and informed us which elevators we were supposed to use. "

"They gave us the wrong bangalô. Unfinished, half painted. Lots of wires around property, no hot water. I was back and forth with the concierge and nothing got done until i told her I was going to contact management. It took about four hours for her to move us to another unity, which was so dirty and dusty. We had to clean it ourselves. It ruined my family vacation to celebrate my nieces birthday.
