"On the whole, a nice hotel. Fantastic staff, always helpful. There were a few issues that let the hotel down. Carpet on ground floor corridor to rooms was loose and tended to bunch up. This would be a trip hazard to those not steady on their feet. The carpet in our room (63) was stained in a number of places, and was looking tired. "Nice enough hotel, the rooms were a little small so probably best to opt for premium if you require bigger room. The room standard was on a par with premier inn apart from bed not quite so comfy. The hotel had a leisure club with pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. All again were small but as it wasn't that busy it was ok. All in all a good stay though cost to quality value wasn't great which is why I removed one star. Staff are nice and helpful which is always nice these days. I would...

"Spacious room - staff very helpful- beautiful surroundings - lovely breakfast - asked to extend room for 1 hour and no quibble. Even an electric charge point - sadly did not get to experience the spa. Will definitely stay again "
