"Right bang in the middle of town. 15 minutes from back beach, 15 minutes from front beach ( expat area) Description on Hotels.com of the rooms are not accurate, TV is very small, no rainfall shower. It's cheap and at the end of the stay , I felt happy because the staff are nice. If you are able to walk quite well, then it's a good affordable place to stay, basic rooms. "

"I was sizzling and sweating during the night while the air condition on high. Must wear sandal whole time because the floor extremely sticky! They don't have breakfast buffet nor more option alike other resorts! I order Vietnamese rice with grill pork and orange juice from the menu! They said kitchen went out pork, only fried rice with scramble egg in Chinese style, but the worst thing ever, the food was served cold and orange juice was orange soda! Very disappointed!"

"We had a great experience when we first stayed here 6-7 years ago therefore we had book the stay again. We felt the experience was not that same and the hotel is a little run down and did not maintain its original appearance. The carpet needs to be replaced and the room not prestine like it is used to. Overall the customer service is superb but the appearance of the hotel is now mediocre compared to other hotels. Not sure if I want to come back again the next time I come in town. "

"Quiet place a little off from main road. They had motorbikes for 200.000vd pr. Day and eaven a car for rent. Breakfast to choose the day before so you just had to wake up and go down and show your face. Loud music was playing in dining room, but when we asked for it to be turned down, they did it immediately. Washing close for 45.000vd pr. kg. Ordered a big room in high season. "I read a review of this property, which said that was dated. First of all, it’s not even 20 years old. Second of all it is from the genre of old English royalty. And it’s exactly how you feel when you’re there. I could list some complaints like the pool was too cold but then again this was January But everything was just impeccably maintained and beautiful. The people working in the hotel were beyond my expectation. And yes, I travel throughout the world and stay at pretty expensive places. But this was very reasonable in price. Everything from the breakfast which was outstanding was wonderful. My wife is Vietnamese. I am not, but I tend to eat all Vietnamese food most of the time of course. I was really really happy with their selections in the morning. The room was as if it was royalty. The bed felt like I was Getting in bed with Maria Antoinette. I don’t think my wife would’ve liked that. Unless it was after the guillotine. I wonder if they’re gonna publish this. If you want to enjoy this city, which by the way is one of my favorite other than Danang. This is the place to be. Close to everything wonderful beach club wonderful pools both sides of the hotel. Very good restaurant on the sea. "
