"Was a nice hotel and would recommend it as generally it was nice, clean, comfy & well located for the Xmas market. Downside was the aircon wasn’t working & the room was very warm and they said they would get it sorted but never did. I believe they probably don’t want to turn it on because of cost but don’t want to say! I was disappointed that for a five star hotel the hairdryer didn’t have a nozzle on the end. Small thing I know!"

"A very helpful receptionist sorted out rooms on the same floor and car parking for the people transporting me around Belfast. This feels like a very upmarket hotel at basic chain prices with all the facilities anyone could want. "

"On arrival at reception, greeted by Michael and checked in. Very smooth and Michael was very helpful, even arranging for a room on a lower floor First impressions of the hotel were very positive. Room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The food in the hotel was very good, breakfast and evening meal. All staff were were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very good location. The bus station is only a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay at the Hampton again "

"Lovely modern hotel, with really easy self check in. Staff are available in the bar downstairs if you have questions, all of them were really friendly and helpful. Great room. Really easy transport links as it's right next to Botanic railway station and bus stop. Would definitely stay here again! "
