"Really lovely staff"

"The property is in a beautiful location with access to a beautiful beach. Gardens/pathways are well maintained. The spa is excellent. Small problem areas are - teapot in room still full of old tea/rust colored water in the kettle/wooden strip above the lounge curtain fell off/dinner was mediocre (risotto was terrible - stodgy lump)/back of house area behind our villa had garbage lying around. Devil is in the details. "

"We checked in after hours and the guest next door were very loud. They partied until after midnight and nobody on the staff are security told them to be quiet."

"This is our frequent hideaway spot to detach from the busy life of work and family. It's perfect. Food is great. It's a very peaceful place within a nature reserve. "

"If they put half as much into the rooms as they do the garden it would be wonderful. The room is dark, the bed is cardboard and the carpet is historic circa 1970. It needs some freshening. "
