"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "Clean and tidy.Staff very helpful. Location is good with just a ten minute walk too Casino Square. 20 minute walk from Monaco train station. Excellent shopping, cafes and restaurants nearby."

"Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

"Great location, friendly staff. Decent room, bathroom was really big. Well eqipped kitchette. The road its on was fairly busy during our stay so if your a light sleeper id suggest asking for a room that doesn’t face the road. Our aircon didnt seem to work that well , the room was fairly got most of the time despite setting the thermosat to a low temp,as we visited in winter this wasnt a huge issue though and we didnt report it."

"Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high. Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port. Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day)."

"The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good. "
