"Everyone at the Amman Hilton was exceptionally courteous and helpful. One minor issue, the attendant insisted on taking the electrical appliances my sister had and returned it broken. Did not return it to the room and we had to request it back and when we picked it up, she found out later that it was broken. One employee asked about the appliance when he saw it in the garbage and said he'll check with his manager. Did not hear back from him or his manager. I do not want any financial compensation, but if you insist on evaluating personal items even though you are told that we have electrical converters and it ends up broken in your possession you should acknowledge the fact. That was the only negative incident and it did not have to happen. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable and we will choose Amman Hilton for our next visit."

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a generous selection of both local and international dishes. Their in-house restaurants also offer a great variety, from Middle Eastern flavors to international cuisine. The hotel is in a prime location, close to key attractions, embassies, and shopping areas, yet still offers a peaceful and secure environment.
