Emerald Grande is a great place to stay with family. The pool accessibility and ease to reach HarborWalk make it very convenient and easy to keep the child and wife happy. The rooms are nice and big and clean.

Price was ok. Rooms were fine. Service was ok but not resort quality. Beach was good. Like the calm water for kid. Like the beach chairs. Fun with food vendors on boats. Room service is a waste at beach. Food arrived cold.

Beautiful Resort
Posted 8 Jun 2024 on HotelsThis was a really beautiful resort. I loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The only complaint I have is that they seemed really frugal about towels and one front desk worker had an attitude.

Great place for the family to enjoy the beach and amenities. Clean and spacious condos. Lots to do for all at the resort and around the harbor area. Great food and drink opportunities.

Absolutely loved our unit, the property and Harbour walk. One of our better vacations. Will be going back and highly recommend.

There was an issue with the room and the frond desk attendance was rude and not willing to help. Blame Expedia and I had to escalate to management to be able to get a satisfactory solution.

Two hours after we left we received a very rude phone call we were going to be charged $150 for pool towel cards we didn’t return at their front counter. We left them on the in our room but feel uneasy as the property never told us of this rule, emailed any check out information or this included on their papers we received. Most of their staff were very kind but this particular phone call interaction was very unpleasant. I’m nervous about additional fees. Also beach is not as good as other beaches the area offers. Wanted to purchase a Wyndham timeshare but hesitant after staying this time.
