The mineral hot tubs are amazing. The sauna is great. I absolutely love doing a hot/cold plunge. The chinese food restauraunt by 711 is always great

We reserved a king bed room, but have to switched the room two times and that was two full size bed . First was because the toilet wasn't working. 2rd was the door lock was not able to lock the door and could opened from outside. We also found a cocoroge in the bathroom. The pools are good.

It felt like there was room for everybody it was no need to be crowded in one hotspot because there were four other ones and felt really catered to taking a day off and getting out of the house and having the experience of the amenities

It was very bad experience customer service really bad there was someone in training she was nice the ac didn't work we have to change room then at 4am I go to the front desk she is sleeping and have very bad attitude
