Great stay! Friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Close walk to the ferries. Make sure you can get back after the ferry the taxis are not reliable in the area

Amazing staff- our dog Rollo was treated like a rockstar! All of the staff made a fuss of him, he was given treats and even had his own omelette made for him for breakfast.
It wasn’t just the above and beyond service for Rollo, it was for us as well, we were checking out and leaving very early 5am, the reception staff had made us a packed breakfast and insisted on making us a cappuccino before we hit the road.
Nothing is too much trouble, the staff all take time to speak with you and dogs are welcomed as part of the family. I would stay here again and would recommend highly.

The breakfast was delicious, the room was always well cleaned but on the last day we could only stay by the pool til 1pm because they said the hotel was very full and our flight left later so we decided to do something else instead of relax by the pool. All in all a good hotel.

The property was very nice. It was in a mixed residential/hotel area. Room had room for suitcase. The shower was large with a rainfall shower. The staff were very gracious and kind. They went beyond my expectations. Bar staff brought soft drinks and ice to my room. Plenty of lawn chairs and umbrellas. Only drawback was the icy cold pool. The water at the lake was much warmer than the hotel pool. It cost 8.5 euros to rent lounge chair and umbrella at the beach. The beach and lake bottom are rocky. Wear your water shoes.

The hotel and staff, especially Angela were great!
The facilities and breakfast were excellent!
The room was perfect!
The location was fine for us but wouldn’t be the easiest of walks from the town centre for people with mobility challenges.
