We got stopped in Des Moines December 30th from a snow storm and decided to stay here. Best choice ever! The staff was sooo helpful! We had nothing with us so they gave us everything we needed! The pool was amazing! We got to swim in the outdoor part while it snowed on us. It was amazing. And yes the pool was still very warm even though it is indoor and outdoor. The beds were so comfy! And the breakfast was great! We may come stay again tomorrow just for fun!!!

The staff was courteous and friendly from the time I arrived. The pool is a great size. The hot tub felt great! The bed was very comfortable. There was even a freezer with the fridge. The decor outside & inside is beautiful and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay again.

Our stay was so disturbing and extremely unfortunate. As a family traveling and looking for a place to rest we were faced with a traumatic experience for our entire family. In the night we were waken by someone trying to break into our room. Our room phone did not work so we called the police. They reported along with staff and they all responded well, but the trama was already done. Therefore, we cannot recommend this hotel due to the safety of the property.

This property was comfortable. It was cleaned only once during our 8 day stay. We had to take our towels down to the front desk and exchange them. We were in 302 and the elevator closest to our room did not work. The breakfast was very good except on Saturday when they provided no meat. The staff is excellent and responsive. I would stay here again.

My room was pictured with a fireplace. No fireplace. Jacuzzi tub was broken in my room. My neighbors small dogs were barking at any sound. Not a great stay.
