This is a decent hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are pretty nice and clean. What I didn't like was that the pool was absolutely freezing! Usually indoor pools are so warm, it's uncomfortable to sit around in regular clothes. We were even chilly just sitting around the pool before getting in. A disappointment since my kids were really excited about swimming.

My confirmation on Expedia said we could have a two hour late check out. This was not made known to the hotel. We were running a race in a nearby community and needed the extra time to shower, etc. We were given a one hour later check out, but by the time we returned from the race, we had to hurry to check out.

We have stayed here several times and have always been pleased. However this time it was just ok… first our room was literally by stairs so it was loud all night. Next the air conditioner didn’t work or turn on. And lastly we had 2 sheets on our bed and no blankets. Not sure what is going on but this trip was just OK for us.
