This is the second time I've stayed at this property, with a few more visits scheduled over the next couple months. The area itself is not great as it's a seedy part of Urbandale, however the hotel itself is tucked away off the main street and is fairly clean and welcoming. The staff has always been top-notch and the rooms (cleanliness and amenities) is adequate if you just need a safe, clean place to lay your head. Definitely would recommend this location.

I felt very safe here, and very friendly and helpful front desk staff (Caleb!) and the shuttle driver (Kevin). My only suggestions would be to skip thebweekend breakfast buffett, wish the pool water wasntbso cold, housekeeping staff spoke no English sonitbwas difficult to ask ffor fresh linens when I neded then.

Property and everything within the property was and is great, however is in a seedy part of town. The hotel is relatively secluded so no issues but worth knowing.

Front desk staff was very less interactive and didn’t want to talk much even after asking things. No updates on breakfast, asked whether there is drinking water bottle in the room or when asked where or how can we get water, he said they don’t have atall. How is it possible
