There were lots of migrant families

The property wa clean on the outside and inside for the most part. Beds were clean. There were roaches crawling on the walls in the hallway and in the rooms. Staff was rude when asked about getting a blanket and a couple extra pillows.

Noisy. NO coffee. Vending machine food and soft drinks only. Very helpful front desk person! Room and linens very clean.

Nice, clean room. Comfortable. TV remote didn't work. At check-in I waited 5-10 minutes, no one there. No bell to ring. Monitor showed me standing there. Knocked on counter, no response. Knocked louder, no response. Thought I heard taking behind the door. Knocked really loud, someone came, but no apology, and barely acknowledged. I apologized for knocking so loud, no response. Got me checked in, finally started thawing out. Maybe she was embarrassed.

Dirty and outdated, drug use

Elevator and hallway smelled of weed, trash on the hallway floors, including used band aids. Paint peeling in room. Room was dated and walls were dirty.
