The room was nice, the area was quiet, and there are a few cafes near by. Very close to public transportation too

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurant choices and nearby groceries. Location is convenient with tram stop right in front of the property. The room is acceptably clean and is very basic. The shower is OK, but keeps falling over

El hotel estaba bastante bien, buena ubicación, el cuarto bien pero sin frigobar, había ruido constante por el tranvía que pasa al frente

Location: Very good, a tram station is just outside the hotel entrance, within 10min walk to U-bahn station. Quite area but feel safe. Many restaurants nearby.
Room: Size is ok for one person business trip. Facilities are basic but sufficient, the room looks very clean, no complaint for a room at this price point during an exhibition.
Overall the experience is good.

the room was very warm and no water/fridge available
also was woken by other residents at 4 in the morning

A hotelier cannot regulate other peoples' behaviour nor foresee how anybody will behave - but should you let me have the details of your stay l I am sure that I could find out and get back to you as you state that you would like to have an explanation. Mediocre with not much sleep
Posted 6 Sep 2018 on HotelsMy room (114) was on first floor and right above a bus and tram station with departures every few minutes. Considering that the open window was the only air condition, there wasn’t much sleep to get.
The room was clean and functional (apart from the non-existing A/C)
The lady by the reception in the morning was very friendly, the guy in the evening less so.

Dear guest, I am sorry that you did you get much sleep! We know how important sleep is. This is why all our beds have new matrasses (one year old) and are being regularly checked. Our hotel has no A/C. We do have fans which we are very happy to install if wished for - knowing that no fan can replace fresh air .... And as far as the tram is considered: we are a city hotel very conveniently located just 6 minutes tram ride from the city center or 10 minutes by bus from the airport - but this we DO say on our homepage and all other communications: a tram stop is right outside the hotel. Our rooms which are located to the back (Deluxe Category) are much quieter and there the tram noise is hardly audible. We thank you for your visit and wish you a pleasant day.
