Great apartment-

We are pleased to stay apartment and impress but feel strange look like student rooms but impressive provide for plenty of snacks! Sleep well too.

Spacious rooms but broken shower and very hot

The apartment is very spacious and at the price a steal. It is comfortable and the toiletries and tea, coffee, etc. were all fine. The rooms are nice and it looked like a great deal. But we ran into some problems: it was a 3-bedroom apartment with two full showers/toilets. One of the showers did not work at all -- and so four of us had to use one shower which was very inconvenient. We complained on the second day and the maintenance gay came but said he would be unable to fix it until the day of our departure. The AC system was impossible to operate: no manual, no instructions, and it was some system which was opaque. So it was rather hot and very difficult to sleep -- especially the first night, since our room overlooked the Fat Cat Cafe where the music was blaring until 1 am (Tue night moving into Wed). Sleep was nearly impossible. The company should have offered a partial refund for the shower not working at all but did nothing of that kind.

We believe that you have spoken to one of our team members and expressed that one shower not working did not cause you too much of an inconvenience as there was a second one to use. We are sorry to now hear that this had not been a case and the problem did cause a great inconvenience for you, we are also very sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with how we have handled the complaint, should we have known that lack of second shower was a great inconvenience for yourself and your guests we would have resolved the issue on the day by offering you an alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer air conditioning in our apartments, hence why this is not being advertised on any booking platforms, we would have included a guide should we have such facility available for our guests. As the apartment is in the City Centre, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that the local businesses will not cause noise nuisance. To ensure that our guests do get a good night’s sleep, we do offer sleep well packs in all bedrooms, for all guests and we do hope this does help. Once again, please accept our sincere apology. Should we be fortunate enough to welcome you in the future, please do get in touch with our guests’ services team who may be able to offer a more suitable accommodation for you.

2 night stay

The property was good. Clean and tidy. Great response when we needed a cot and mistakenly aet off the fire alarm. Only a mop or broom would be great just to tidy up while we were there.
