Right in the centre of town. Clean room and good cool aircon. Nice and quiet. Stayed on a Saturday night and the place was near on empty.

Towels and sheets need to be replaced as shabby. Make sure you wash everything before you use it as not clean. Car park is secure which is important.

This property appears to be quite new. Car park felt as safe as possible, located in a central, gated car park requiring fob to both enter and exit. Nice vibe around the rooms. Room quite large with kitchenette - cooktop and microwave plus fortunate to have a washing machine. Easy to self-cater. Bed comfy and shower good. Small pool looked inviting.

Just had an amazing stay at the Spinifex Hotel in Derby, WA. The place is spotless and offers all the amenities you could need. The food in the restaurant is absolutely first-class! The staff are Super friendly and welcoming. If you're in the area, this is the place to stay!

Staff were very friendly but unfortunately the rooms weren't the best, management didn't want to know about problems and we were charged for extras even after i was told i could have the extras months before the visit without any mention of extra charges. They did give a discount on usual rate apparently but still not happy. There are limited places to stay in town so I'm guessing this is how they stay in business
