A friendly atmosphere. Mark and Brook run a nice little collection of ground floor units which were well appointed, very clean and tidy.

Very reasonably priced, friendly staff, great service. Quiet location. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Derby.

Very welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable motel. Great food and general ambience.Great value for money. Highly recommended.
