VERY UNEVEN STEEP APROACH TO CHECK IN AT PUB ACCROSS THE CAR PARK FROM HOTEL
REQUESTED A GROUND FLOOR ROOM ON TWO PREVIOUS VISITS & HAVE BEEN GIVEN UPSTAIRS ROOM (40) AT FAR END OF CORRIDOR.
MY HUSBAND HAS MOBILITY PROBLEMS, SO FOUND THE STAIRS A REAL PROBLEM.

On our last evening we dined in the restaurant.There was 10 in the party 5 couples.Some of the party decided to have the cavery,some steak dinner.Ordering the meals we were told the cavery had finished at 8pm nowhere on the menu stated the time it finished.On ordering the steak meals ,they had no steak.On visiting the ladies toilets there was graffiti in the toilets .also one didn't have a seat.I don't think we will be going to a Marston's hotel again
