Poor for the money paid

Room was very tight for space, small flatscreen tv on the wall was just in the way, bathroom tiny, toilet seat didn’t fit and moved when sat on, toilet roll rough and cheap, no toilet brush, carpet dirty and in need of a wash, bedside light not working, unable to open up electric window blind to allow light in.
This room cost £120 for the night without breakfast. For the price and location, I feel they should charge no more than £70.
Only real positive was the bar and patio area. So disappointing.
