The AC did not work. The TV did not work. The staff took hours to get the two fixed. The water tap in the bathroom was broken. Terrible service

Better than expecting.

This hotel was much better than we were expecting, clean, great friendly service. It is close to the airport but our mistake in choice, its far from the town and at the moment there is roadworks causing a huge traffic jam.

RAT hotel

There was a RAT in our room. Very neglected property with little to no maintenance. Fitness room was a disaster and pool was green like a frog pond. The dining are was not kept clean and the food was basic.
