Manager on front desk was rude.Askung for extra money for room. Very dishonest people .

I stayed with my family including my mom dad and we all were very happy with the stay. The food was really good, especially chana paneer masal and dal dhaba.
The front office staff is very helpful, special mention to Ms Nidhi (FO manager) and Sandeep (FO desk) for helping us out whenever we had any issue.
I would recommend this property if you are looking for a value for money hotel with comfortable stay and good food options

Does not meet the general Best Western standard
Posted 8 Dec 2023 on HotelsHard pillows & when requested for soft ones - had to wait and wait and wait- nothing arrived. Hotel right next to wedding venue- so loud music all night. All in all cudnt rest well which ruined the whole of next day,
