The best service ever had in China !!
I was ill when I checked. The hotel did not serve dinner. The staff went to kitchen and made the congee personally when she realised I was ill and could not went out for dinner.
She even refused the tips I gave her. She said this is what she is supposed to do for her guests.
She went extra miles to ensure the guests enjoy the stay in the hotel.
Very touching..
I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends who will visit Shangri-la.
