Nice and modern room that is also super spacey. The breakfast selection is great and the club menus are decent too. Staff are very helpful. 10 seconds sheltered walk to the big mall with plenty of f&b options. But the traffic around the hotel is often quite congested

We have enjoyed our stay with the assistance from every staff member including Vivi club attendant, Deyna breakfast, Arprikat breakfast , also Arief, Vincent, and Christo at the concierge
They had a large selection for Food (Fried Fish) , pastry and coffee.
The room was very tidy with awesome amenities

Hotel was nice, but rooms could use a lot more soundproofing. Food was great and staff very helpful. There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel, which is very convenient, but the hotel is far from downtown and all the sights to see.

Amazing stay, it was my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary during the stay. The staff;, especially Eka, Bella and Okta were fabulous, making both days memorable, cake balloons and banners in the room.
We have stayed here a few times now and would not stay anywhere else in Jogya. This hotel is definitely number one.

Wonderful hotel, excellent service, and great location. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Hotel and Great Service

The room was luxurious, breakfast was terrific with an array of tasty options and the service from the hotel staff and management was impeccable.
