"Our stay began with a wonderful greeting by the staff and early access to our room. The room was a perfect size for 3 adults. We had a queen and a pull out twin with comfortable mattresses on both. The window opened for fresh air. The bathroom was spacious with a rain head shower. The area around the hotel was quiet with so many places to eat within walking distance. Creperie Sainte-Honore and Motors coffee were two of our favorites. The subway entry was right outside the hotel with multiple connection options. We used the iPhone wallet to purchase train rides and we purchased per ride. For 8 days we spent around $52 US dollars. This was less than the longer ended passes available. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and even walked us out with umbrellas during an unexpected rain shower as we took our last walk to the subway to catch our train to the airport. The people of France were welcoming and so easily switched to English to assist with our stumbling French. Thank you Novotel and Paris for an amazing family trip we will not soon forget!!"

"The check in was easy and staff very friendly and helpful. The building is typical for a European city. The room was small but comfortable for myself a solo traveller. Would not be suitable for anyone using walking aids etc as the bathroom and shower amenities are small which is acceptable in a building of its age. The double bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Hairdryer, safe, hanging space, air conditioning, coffee & tea making facilities, toiletries available. The lift is very small, 1 person & 1 bag only The lack of space was made up by the view of the Eiffel Tower out of the window. At night it was amazing. Breakfast had something for everyone and was very nice. There are many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets etc within walking distance and only 8 minute flat walk to the Eiffel Tower. This hotel is a little gem for a small Paris stay close to everything. The only warning is if you can’t lift your suitcases up 6 steps then level 4 is not suitable but it was worth it for the view of the tower out of the window. "

"Charming, Thoughtful, and Well-Located We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, which made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quieter part of Paris, which we appreciated after spending time in some of the busier neighborhoods. That said, the walls are a bit thin, so we did occasionally hear nearby neighbors, but it wasn’t a major issue. One of the things I truly appreciated was the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. It was clear that being environmentally conscious is part of their ethos, which made our stay feel even more thoughtful. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to add a self-service water and ice station for refilling water bottles. We had to ask each time, and while the staff were kind, I could tell it wasn’t the most convenient setup for them either. The decor and overall style of the hotel were beautiful—modern, tasteful, and very Parisian. The air conditioning was a huge plus during our summer stay, and we were so thankful to have it. All in all, it’s a lovely spot with great vibes, and I would absolutely recommend staying here!"
