Middle of the night the water stopped for many hours. We should receive a refund

Michael, the water was shut off by the City of Glendale from 2am to 8am and was not planned. The hotel had no idea it was going to happen until it did. With this situation being beyond our control we cannot approve a free suite but would be thrilled to offer you a discount or upgrade, or both on a future stay. We realize not having water to get ready in the morning is a huge inconvenience. The team is available to discuss any concerns further with you directly. Thank you for choosing the Staybridge Suites!

The free laundry was clutch when traveling with kids! We had our own detergent and did a load a day.
