There was a major storm that went through I-25 from Pueblo to Denver and we got stuck in the storm. We tried to make it to the property but since it was past a certain time, we could not get a refund! The roads were snow packed and icy and travel was at a standstill, but even then, that was not a good enough excuse for a refund! I called that evening and the next morning (since the evening person told me to call to talk to the main manager on duty) I called again and I got per their policy that I had time to show up (life threatening conditions involving the weather was not a good enough excuse) and that I should have planned for the weather and travel time (we were coming from over 350 miles away and the weather changed from what it was suppose to be to worst). So…next time when anyone decides to book with them, it would be best to make sure to that the “weather is very favorable”… Will not stay at this location and do not recommend…

Sharon, I'm sorry you guy were stuck in a storm on your way into town! When you book through a third party as a non refundable reservation we have to honor their policy since you paid them & not us directly. Again i do apologize for the inconvenience & hope you would reconsider staying with us in the future.

Heater didn't work but we were just staying for one night so I didn't bother alerting the front desk. Also there was an angry homeless dude outside in the parking lot yelling at 5am that I wished security would have asked to leave I was a little sketched out loading my car up but other than that it was a very clean and quiet hotel.

We wish you would've told us about the heater during your stay even if you didn't want to move so we could make sure the next guest doesn't run into the same issues. Bathroom vanity mirror did not work. Elevators smelled like pesticide

I am sorry to hear that your stay did not go well. I will look into both issues you listed. We do not use any time of Pesticide in the building so I am unsure of the odor you listed. Safe travels.

Did not feel safe alone, walking to the UCuniversity Hospital to visit my daughter who was there after surgery.
