The electricity went out all night and they did not reimburse a thing. I could not shower and it was a snow storm and cold

Hotel was okay , , only banana and apples for continental breakfast, blankets was like sandpaper , Mountain View was a parking garage and side of adjacent building

Power went out the second night of our stay (for 12 hours) and the HVAC system was wonky after that-- had to move rooms (staff was good at trying to make the situation right) and still ended up in an overly-warm room if we turned the thermostat off, and an excessively loud, rattly fan if we turned it on... Otherwise it was a nice stay-- really enjoyed the lobby/bar and all the places to hang things in the room. Great decor throughout as well.
