This place was GREAT! Even free cold brew and kombucha along with an entire espresso/latte machine. Would stay here again without hesitation! Highly suggested...great location right next to the Union train station. Beautifil views of the mountains and trains going in and out. loved it here

I loved the apartment. It was very roomy. Loved having two bathrooms. It was perfect for the concert at Ball Arena. Loved the convenience of taking the train from the airport and a short walk to the Mint House. I would definitely stay here again. I would also like to stay at the Mint House in other cities. Really liked the hotel and the room! Very nice, and getting into the hotel and the room was very very easy! However, parking was a pain and the area was kind of scary after 11 pm when we got back from the concert.

We were very pleased with the location of the Mint House as well as the cleanliness of our unit. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The train is close by. Nice quiet area and unit. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and kind. We would stay here in the future for sure.

We loved it here! Everything is within walking distance and if you don’t want to walk, public transportation is close. The rooms are spacious and stocked with everything you need. It felt homey. Everything is pretty much contactless but if you need anything, the front desk is there to help. There is also coffee and kombucha in the lobby. I have recommended this place to just about everyone and we will definitely be back!!

Our first stay at Mint House and highly recommend it. Location near Union Station was perfect for access and dining. Beautiful corner unit was spacious with beautiful views. Excellent fitness center.

Great location. Our room had some dark stains on the carpet the flooring appeared dated/worn (especially the carpet. Additionally the bed made some noises that were concerning and made me think the supports were ... weak (?) Great location and overall had a great experience at this location. I wasn't a fan of learning that I had to pay a couple hundo security deposit before checking in. As long as it's refunded (pending) it is fine.

Very disappointed. When we first arrived, we had difficulty finding the place to begin with. It is within an apartment building and there are no signs identifying that it is the hotel when you are driving by. They also require you to pay $50 per night for parking. We came from out of state and had a rental car. I asked prior to coming if I could still reserve a spot without having the car information. I was assured that I would be able to reserve parking once I got the rental car information. Once I got the car, I tried to reserve a spot and the system said that none were available. We inquired about the parking situation upon arrival and there was no staff from Mint House. There were staff from the apartment building, and said they would contact the on-site staff member, but never got a response so we had to figure out a different parking option on our own. The entire stay there were no staff members around to help with any issues that we were having. The room had a terrible smell, the bathroom door would not latch closed, and there were construction noises going on above our room. At one point, one of the number buttons on our door was sticking so we were unable to put in our code to enter our room. We came down to the desk in hopes of finding any staff member that could help, but no one was there. We called the help line and they said they would contact the on-site staff for help. Once again, the on-site staff was not answering and we had to fix the problem on our own.

The facility was great. The fitness center and pool were wonderful. The ability to find a 2 BR apartment for our family in that area was the most important aspect of the property. The bonus was how nice everything was.

We liked the apartment very much and the area. Just a couple of complaints- 2 out of 3 elevators were not working which made for very long waiting. One of the key fobs didn’t work. There were no towels at the swimming pool.
