The staff were wonderful! Kind, courteous, and professional. The west elevator had a horrible grinding sound of metal on metal. I'm fairly certain it required servicing. However, overall the facility was clean, the staff was kind and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was solid but I had a downstairs customer/tenant complain twice in the first 2 hrs that I was "walking around too much". What is expected??
