Dirty comforter on one bed, elevator had ripped up floor

It wasn't cleaned properly and the staff was kinda rude. Noisy.

There was a broken stairs and there was no fridge there is no microwave there's no internet and at one pint there was no light

The pictures that are advertised online doesn’t look like the rooms. The toilet was disgusting, there was a brown solid droplet on the floor in the restroom by the toilet that looked like it could be #2. We requested a no smoking room and it smelled like old cigarettes to the point that the bed has the smell and my clothes. There was black particles of something under the sheets to where if you rub your legs against the fitted sheet it feels like bumps under there. We were woken up around 8 in the morning from someone knocking and tugging on the door and when I asked “who is it?” The person jetted off with no response. The room also had food under the bed as if it hadn’t been sweated prior to us arriving. We were moved to a new room which it looked better than the room before but it had hair all over the shower wall. The breakfast is okay but even while getting breakfast the lady mopping the floor never put a wet sign up nor did she say “excuse me” while trying to mop while the patrons were trying to get food or drink. She also didn’t mop up all of the water and suds off of the floor before she left the area.. front desk was helpful with getting room exchanged but said it could’ve been room service at the door that early. If that’s the case they need to be trained on how to properly greet the guest but the guy had a hoodie on so idk..

It is a good place to rest. It would be great if their TV worked to watch movies or some kind of entertainment.
