It was an extremely neglected and filthy dump . Literally falling apart, NO HOT WATER! Cold water only in shower , faucet fell off the wall ! The floor of shower was not clean… Toilet paper holder fell off the wall if touched ! No maid service ! Booked 3 nights, checked out after 2nd night, took the loss because it seemed to be the safest and healthiest decision. I would not stay there again, EVER! Even if it was free !!!

It was alright; I was expecting worse. The woman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was old and I could have looked past that if it were clean. There was grime everywhere. We spent a while clorox wiping everything. The beds were comfy (we Lysol sprayed them). The room was cleaner when we left. You could see daylight through the bottom of the door. Which lead to a cricket getting in. Thank goodness it wasn't a cockroach.

A real hole. Nothing worked . Filthy. No hot water . Everything fell apart that you touched. Shower didn’t work, handle fell off to turn water on . Toilet paper holder fell off when you touched it. Homeless people wouldn’t stay here if they had a choice.

Very run down. Room smelled like the room has been closed up for twenty years. Smelled of smoke. NO HOT WATER. Cold showers for two days. Only stay if you’re on a budget and just want a place to sleep. Oh and don’t mind shady characters walking around

This property is not what the photos show on the website. It’s very ran down, no carpet in the room had to wear shoes while in the room. Bathtub looked dirty my husband wore sandals while in the shower.

Horrible place to stay. Theres a crack in the door so you can see out in the hallway. Totally unsafe neighborhood. There was no breakfast even though there’s photo of breakfast set up. The bed was like a cot metal frame and thin mattress. There’s a gas station for snacks near but too scary to walk to it. Nothing looks like the photos.

Unsafe for others honestly but if you know your street smarts it's a walk in the ball park. Loved the place, sometimes the urban feel of the city gives it's beauty more than a high end hotel. Which are nice too but these spots ground you and remind you where you are standing on planet earth.

This property is nothing like the listing shows. They do not offer many of the amenities that they list. The pool was “closed for renovations”, there is no breakfast bar, and the private spa tub is actually a very ordinary bathtub that does not drain. The building smells old or like cigarettes depending on what area you’re in. Oh, and they don’t offer refunds or do late checkouts. The night staff was friendly though, so at least there is that. Overall this was the most disappointing hotel stay I have ever had. Definitely false advertisement.

Honestly after reading some of the reviews I was nervous to stay here and for what my husbands opinion would be. We came down for the Denver vs Greenbay game so we only stayed one night. For the price it was a great place to stay staff was friendly from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, there our some homeless people that hangout in the back parking lot, but they dont bother anyone. My husband drives a 2018 Dodge Challenger and we never had to worry about the car, the parking lot is sucure and the homeless people they actually keep an eye out as well, if you dont like the homeless people then I guess thats negative for you but we stayed there on a Saturday, a game weekend and its located downtown and our vehicle was fine. The bed was comfortable the room was a decent size, had a great spot for me to do my makeup and the bathroom was clean, the only complaints we have are the pool was closed, they where not serving breakfast ( cant remember the reason), and the tolit paper could be alot better so you might want to bring ypur own, other then that it was great even have a nice view of the downtown skyline at night that is beautiful to see, and the location is great if your going to a game as it is right around the corner from the broncos stadium. Definitely worth the price if you are only coming down for a night are two, I mean I could stay a week and would be fine. ( just bring your own tp)

My flight to Denver was cancelled by delta & the staff was rude & did not help me to get a refund or switch the dates etc . This was beyond my control and the fact that they could not even assist or show compassion a little rubbed me a terrible way. Will not be rebooking or recommending anyone to go there. If they treated me like that over the phone I couldn’t imagine in person.
