Horrible. False advertising and unclean room with broken items. Very disappointing, didn’t even stay.

This hotel was so filthy and has junkies all over. I checked in, then checked out within a few minutes. The lady at the front desk switched my room from one filthy room to another.. then got rude when i contacted Expedia for a refund. The filthy room was clean to "her" standard.. which are obviously low and gross. I pity her as well
I wish i could post the pics so you don’t make the same mistakes m

Excellent location. Very beautiful building. Staff was friendly quick check in and out and amazing.

Not safe at all and the staff super rude. Also my car was stolen from their parking lot. I got told that cars don’t go missing there yet mine was by the staff.
