There was an error in my check-in process as I prepaid parking on the Expedia app ($5.00 upcharge). The front-desk did not activate my room key to allow for in and out passage. When I went back to the front desk to inquire, another agent, Sophia went above and beyond to correct this error and offered a meal credit for the error.
