Breakfast was delicious. The only thing we didn’t like was that carpet wasn’t vacuum, my socks got dirty as soon as I took my shoes off and walked in the room.

The front desk agents were wonderful, especially Roxanne who professionally received my complaint concerning housekeeping discrepancies that I discovered in my room. The gentleman that was maintaining the breakfast area had such a fantastic smile and energy! Another gentleman came into the pool area to clean and knocked over a "wet floor" sign and startled the guests that were there to relax. He then mopped unnecessarily in one area but neglected to patrol around and look for trash so I was amazed to see that he didn't pick up several balls of hair near the hot tub.

The overall stay was nice, but I would NOT stay here again. We had dirty towels folded away into our bathroom, the walls and switch plates for the lights were filthy. A lot of the wood framing in our room was broken/ cracking/ peeling which gave the room a super 8 feel to it. There was a good size kitchenette with dishes & cookware.
I did not like that we were initially given an occupied room after arriving at 1am and being the only people in the hotel lobby for over 20 minutes during this ordeal, I’m very confused how something like that happens. They were asleep in their bed and their maintenance team forced their door open after 1am to check it out. I was also charged $60/ day for “incidentals” which isn’t unheard of but there was NO MENTION of this fee anywhere on my booking or at the establishment. THEN On top of my 4 night stay for NYE going from $780 to $960 the morning of New Year’s Eve they smack a note to our door that we have to get a wristband to be let into the hotel after 10pm, and if we don’t have the tacky ass paper floppy wristband they gave us, we have to pay $50 per wristband to have it replaced!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OBSURD! MY CARD HAS AN ACTIVE AND VERY EXPENSIVE RESERVATION ALREADY!!!
Everything pertaining to this hotel stay hit me the wrong way, and every morning I looked out the window and wished we stayed across the street at Hyatt regency

It was very good place, clean with excellent breakfast. Very close to 16th Street which is a famous street in Denver .

We stay here about 1-2 times every year. Check in was easy this year. The hotel is right down the street from the convention center, the 16th street mall and various other places. Great location!! The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because the room was a little dirty when we checked in and the breakfast wasn't as good as previous stays at the hotel. Also, I got a drink at the bar and it was honestly the worst mule I've ever had and the bartender was rude and acted like she didn't even want to be there.
