upon our arrival and check in we witnessed a very sweaty guest come down to return their room key. While asking for a refund the person explained the reason they would not be staying there was the inability to control the room temperature and the dirty room. Very uncomfortable to hear and watch while checking in, with the staff just giving them a business card & a phone number to call, only to say “have a good night”. Checking into our room there was no plug for the bathtub, the shower & tub had dust and hair in it. the walls here are super thin you will hear your neighbors if you have any, spa closes at 7 and doesn’t open till 9 which was sad as it was the main reason for booking here

Close to 16th street mall. Very walkable area.

Water takes 3 to 5 minutes to get hot. Walls made of paper. Blood stains on sheets.

Overall I think my stay went well. Just no hot water for most of my stay, even after waiting close to 30 minutes for the hot water to come on. Another down side was that I couldn’t control the temp in my room.
