This place is great. I do wish I had more food options around, but that’s not anything to do with the hotel at all. The hotel overall was clean. The staff was friendly and fairly renovated.

We were disappointed with the bathtub that we requested. The tub did not have a spout to fill the tub. We could only fill it with the shower head.

The breakfast procedure was not clear. Breakfast was not included with our stay but it appeared to be open for all with no signs or staff explaining it. We seated our selves just like the sign said and then 1/2 way through our breakfast we were told that we would be charged???

The staff is excellent, but the property is old and needs to be refreshed. The elevators are constantly broken. The elevator lights don't even light up to tell you which direction the elevator is going. The halls are dark and dingy. The parking fee is ridiculously excessive, whereas other properties in the DTC provide free parking. No room service. WTH.
