Horrible experience when I checked in a man by the name of Patrick said my reservation was cancel and didn’t refund my money back I tried to speak to the manger but he never returned my called

Clean, spacious room at a good price. There was a problem with the toilet water reservoir tank that required lifting the lid and manually adjusting the stopper. I noticed in a previous review that someone mentioned the same issue. I’m surprised it hasn’t been repaired. Also, I’d recommend that the staff mention the breakfast option when arriving. None of the hotel amenities were mentioned at check-in.

Great stay in a nice area in downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and restroom was clean and spacious for a great price. Definitely recommend for families.

Everything was fantastic. Only thing that could have been better was only one elevator was working
