Yhe property was dated the beds old and the counters pealing. It was mostly clean but just felt ran down

No extended stay amenities, no housekeeping even the lobby and hallways, dog fights in the hall. Comfy bed but should only warrant 1/2 price.

Dirty room upon arrival, and fhe staff was very rude amd unfriendly right from the start. Which caused problems through my stay and it made the experience almost uncomfortable in a sense

The room was filfthy, sheets were unclean/ stained, there was dried spilled liquid on the floors, paint was chipped and the desk was scratched up. My son took pictures and we made a formal complaint. We have stayed at this hotel chain before but never had any issues prior to this experience.
