The bed was large and comfortable. The curtains worked well so we were able to sleep very late! We missed the free breakfast but it was worth it. It was also quiet in the morning! Johanna and Adriana was very polite.

This is downtown Denver, and our room door didn't lock. This is a motel not hotel style

My refrigerator did not work. I notified the front desk and was told maintenance would be told about it. The next day - it still was not working. (I stayed for 3 nights.) I feel that I did not receive my money's worth.

I am sorry James.At the beginning of this month, I placed a refrigerator in every room. There weren’t any before. Since I purchased a large quantity of new ones, I didn’t pay close attention. I apologize for that.

The property seems to be in transition - upgrading and renovating certain parts of their property. Our room was clean, comfortable, and appears to have been recently painted. Other areas of the property are 'in process'. Staff were friendly and helpful in the ways they could assist.

You’ll be tempted to book this hotel because it’s semi close to downtown Denver, and the price is nice. However, sometimes you get what you pay for. The room was clean, but the check in was slow and confusing. Our keys didn’t work, and neither did two other guests’. The most important thing to know about this hotel is that it’s in an unsafe area. If you’re traveling alone, esp if you’re a young lady, you probably don’t want to book this hotel. It’s only 1 mile from downtown, easily walkable, but wouldn’t recommend doing it alone or after dark. I’ll spring for the nicer hotel next time!

The room was clean but the lobby and surrounding area was pretty bad. The youbg lady that registered us was mediocre at best.
