The room was dirty. There were areas by the ac unit that were covered in dirt and dead bugs

The hotel was overall in good condition, walking distance to the train station, Ball Arena and downtown.
My room was good, but the lights in the room were bad, thats something that could easily be improved.
I reccomend this hotel

Riley at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She greeted me by name! Riley found a great City Tour for us.
She was so sweet and helpful with everything. Gold Star!
Our room was very, very nice. One complaint, nice big shower with a tile floor that was dangerously slippery and there was nothing to hold on to - no grab bars. There was major sidewalk/walkway construction going on right outside the hotel.
